Headphone Jack To Rca Cable Why 3.5mm Headphone Jack To RCA Audio Inputs (left + Right) Has Very High Loss Problem?

Why 3.5mm headphone jack to RCA audio inputs (left + right) has very high loss problem? - headphone jack to rca cable

I want my MP3 player audio output (headphone jack 3.5 mm) to a Sony receiver, the (only using the RCA audio inputs on the left + right). Thus, the use of headphones, 3.5mm to RCA (left / cable) is correct, but the loss of still high. I put the volume on my MP3 player and listen to a person in a high tone. Please only use the headset with my MP3 player, no need to push the volume control is very high at all. Is this a problem of adjusting the impedance of 32 Ohms 75 Ohm RCA headphones? I have a copy of some of the same cable I am, and none of them sufficient volume. What should I do? Thank you.

Try the "Phono" input on your Sony ... But starting with the very low volume ... Or you can turn off the speakers ... The phono input has a higher profit than other entries.

I run a line from my computer "on my home stereo, in order to avoid this problem. This is where the melody in my collection is in any case.
